About Our Process

How long does the hiring process take?
From your first intake call to a signed contract, the entire process takes 12–18 days on average. We handle sourcing, screening, testing, and onboarding support so your timeline never slips.
How many candidates will I see?
You receive 3 to 5 fully vetted, benchmarked finalists. You interview them and make the final call. We don't dump CVs on you — every candidate we send has passed our full screening process.
What does your screening process include?
Our screening includes: CV filtering, video interviews, role-specific technical tests, typing speed tests, bilingual fluency verification, background checks, and reference checks. By the time you see a candidate, they've already passed multiple rounds.
What is your 30-day replacement guarantee?
If a placement doesn't work out within the first 30 days — for any reason — we replace them at no additional placement fee. We stand behind every hire we make.

Where does your talent come from?
We source talent from LATAM (Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil), Africa (Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria), Eastern Europe (Ukraine, Poland, Romania), and Asia (Philippines, India, Vietnam). All candidates are bilingual in English plus a second language when required.
Are the candidates bilingual?
Yes. English fluency is mandatory for every placement. We also verify second-language proficiency for clients who need multilingual support. Language testing is part of our standard screening.

About Cost & Legal

How much does international talent cost?
Our placed talent typically costs $800–$2,000/month depending on role and experience — compared to $4,000–$12,000/month for local equivalents. Use our ROI calculator to see your specific numbers.
Do you charge upfront fees?
We require a $500 deposit to begin the search process. This covers the initial sourcing, screening, and candidate pipeline. The deposit is applied toward your first placement fee once a hire is made.
Are contracts legally compliant?
Every placement comes with a government-stamped contract and a signed NDA. We handle full compliance with local employment laws. Your intellectual property and business data are legally protected from day one.
Do you offer 24/7 coverage?
Yes. Because our talent spans multiple time zones, many clients build 24/7 coverage teams at a fraction of the cost of doing so locally. Weekends and holidays are included.
