Talentige ("we", "us", "our") is an international talent placement company headquartered globally, serving clients in the US, Canada, Europe, and the Middle East. Privacy contact: contact@talentige.com.
2. Information We Collect
From clients (companies)
- Name, job title, company name, email, phone number
- Job requirements, company information, and hiring preferences
- Payment and billing information (processed securely by Stripe — see Section 9)
From candidates
- Full name, contact details, and CV/resume
- Work history, education, and professional references
- Language proficiency and skills assessment results
- Background check results (collected with explicit written consent)
From website visitors
- IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via analytics)
- Information voluntarily submitted via contact, application, or booking forms
- Booking data collected via Calendly (see Section 8)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To match candidates with client requirements and facilitate placements
- To communicate about placements, contracts, and onboarding
- To fulfill legal obligations under applicable employment and contract law
- To process payments securely via our payment processor (Stripe)
- To schedule calls and consultations via Calendly
- To send transactional emails and service communications
- To improve our website and services through aggregated analytics
4. Data Storage & Security
All personal data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL), and regular security reviews. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
5. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your data. We share information only with:
- Clients — candidate profiles shared with explicit candidate consent for placement purposes only

- Calendly — booking and scheduling (see Section 8). Calendly's privacy policy: calendly.com/privacy
- FormSubmit — form submission delivery to our inbox. No data is stored by FormSubmit beyond delivery.
- Legal authorities — only when required by applicable law or valid legal process
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA, etc.), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
- Data portability (receive your data in a machine-readable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

7. Cookies

8. Calendly — Scheduling & Booking
Our website uses Calendly to facilitate call scheduling on our Book a Call page. When you book a call through Calendly, your name, email address, and any information you provide are collected by Calendly and shared with Talentige for the purpose of conducting the scheduled call. Calendly processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy. Talentige does not store your Calendly booking data beyond our internal calendar and email systems.
9. Stripe — Payment Processing
Talentige uses Stripe to securely process payments including the $500 deposit and placement fees. When you make a payment:
- Your payment card information is entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant platform
- Talentige never sees or stores your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials
- Stripe may collect additional data (IP address, device type, transaction history) as described in their privacy policy

10. Communications — SMS, Email & Calls
By providing your phone number or email address to Talentige, you expressly consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry, placement, or account. Specifically:
- Email: We may send transactional emails (application updates, contract information, onboarding) and, with your consent, informational emails about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or emailing contact@talentige.com.
- SMS/Text Messages: If you opt in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages related to your placement or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS messages.
- Phone Calls: We may call you at the number you provide to discuss your inquiry, placement, or contract. You may opt out of phone contact by emailing us.
- TCPA Compliance: If you are located in the United States, all SMS and voice communications comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain prior express written consent before sending any automated marketing messages.
11. International Data Transfers
Talentige operates internationally. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. When we transfer data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at contact@talentige.com.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to known contacts and posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
